SNAP SNAKE — Terms of Use

1. Definitions

"App" / "Services" — the SNAP SNAKE mobile game (Android com.khabi.snap; iOS com.khabi.snap), including its content, updates, and related features.
"User," "you" — the person who installs or uses the App.
"Content" — all software, art, audio, text, trademarks, and other materials in the App.
"Account" — not used. SNAP SNAKE is guest-only in this version; no account or sign-in is required or offered, and progress/entitlements are stored locally and via your app store, not in an account with us.

2. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy (https://snapsnake.app/privacy), and to the rules of the store you obtained it from (Google Play or Apple App Store). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. Eligibility and age

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children or intended for children under 13. You must meet the minimum age required to use the App and consent to processing under the laws of your country, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where such permission is required. 4. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable store terms.

5. Acceptable use / prohibited conduct

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as the law permits; cheat, use exploits, automation, bots, or scripts; tamper with scores, game state, or entitlements; engage in fraudulent ad interactions, invalid traffic, fake installs, false attribution, or reward abuse; engage in payment abuse or fraudulent purchases/refunds; circumvent advertising, anti-fraud, anti-cheat, entitlement, or security systems; resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App; or use the App unlawfully or to infringe others' rights. We may use anti-fraud, anti-cheat, and security measures and may suspend access for violations.

6. Advertising

The App is ad-supported and shows advertising provided by third-party networks (see https://snapsnake.app/advertising-partners):

a bottom-anchored adaptive banner during Endless gameplay (hidden during pause, Game Over, consent screens, interstitials, the revive overlay, and store/IAP screens);
an occasional full-screen interstitial shown before the Game Over screen only after a final Endless game-over (never mid-run, and never in a run where you watched a rewarded revive ad);
optional, player-initiated rewarded ads you may choose to watch to revive an Endless run (offered as a pre-Game-Over overlay; limited per run).

Personalization of ads is governed by your consent and (on iOS) ATT choice, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Purchases and "Remove Ads"

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, "Remove Ads," which disables banner and forced interstitial advertising. For players who own Remove Ads, the revive option is provided as a free continue with no ad to watch. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms; we do not receive your payment-card details. Entitlements are tied to your store account/device, not to an account with us, and can be restored via the store's restore mechanism (Restore Purchases is provided on iOS). The App contains no coins/currency economy, loot boxes, cosmetic shop, or pay-to-win/score/progression boosts.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be waived or excluded — including, where applicable, statutory rights regarding digital content and digital services. Refund requests are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their refund policies, except where applicable law or store policy requires otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, purchases are otherwise final.

9. Progress and data

SNAP SNAKE is guest-only; your scores, streaks, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device and may be lost on uninstall or device change. We are not responsible for lost local progress. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The App and its Content (including the "SNAP SNAKE" name and logo) are owned by Kudbi Enterprise or its licensors and protected by law. No rights are granted except the license in Section 4.

11. Third-party services and stores

The App relies on third-party services (advertising, analytics, crash reporting, billing) and is distributed via Google Play and the Apple App Store, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms; on iOS, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these Terms, and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where relevant.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that ads/services will always be available. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kudbi Enterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 10 (or the minimum the law allows). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including, where applicable, mandatory consumer-protection law).

14. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kudbi Enterprise from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App. This does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own wrongdoing, and nothing in this section overrides mandatory consumer-protection law that limits or excludes such obligations.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (Definitions, IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes are indicated by a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
